Use of the service
Customers are expected to use Heigin in line with applicable law, agreed commercial terms, and any security or acceptable-use requirements communicated during onboarding.
Accounts and access
Account owners are responsible for who is invited into the workspace and how credentials or permissions are managed across the organisation.
Commercial terms
Pricing, billing terms, support levels, and implementation scope should be defined in the relevant subscription, proposal, or order documentation.
Additional agreements
Service levels, data processing terms, implementation details, and customer-specific commitments may be documented separately where needed.
